Cordoba is an amazing city and worth the stop.
Buildings are amazing and it is clear that the city wants to keep it proper. The center is big enough without getting huge and without personality.
People are still very amable and helpful like in the north. Placed at the corner of the meet area and the wine region, this is one of the best place for FOOD.
My super couchsurfer organised a 5.2 kg Asado in his place. I still dream of this nice food grilling slowly on the barbecue.
A very good experience at all.
